The Foundation is governed by 12 experienced and independent directors who possess a variety of skills and experiences. These individuals demonstrate great integrity, understand their roles and responsibilities, and ensure rigorous accountability to donors.
We are convinced that the population of Memphremagog is entitled to local care and services that highly meet their needs. More than ever, the Memphremagog Hospital Foundation remains the best-equipped entity to provide concrete and ongoing support for health needs in our MRC.
